Sweaters, Snapchat and celebrations; these are a few things I am grateful for! This time of year, I really appreciate the cozy comfort of a great sweater. And, how about Snapchat? I could easily overlook this as a blessing, yet my daughters and I have connected on a daily basis through Snapchat for over a year. It’s a wonderful (and fun) way to stay connected virtually, especially if we don’t see each other every day. And, celebrations … so many celebrations to enjoy. Birthdays, weddings, confirmations, and more. Our most recent celebration was my husband and I celebrating 24 years of marriage! There is much to be grateful for.
Gratitude hasn’t always come naturally to me. It’s been a mindset and a choice for several years, and the journey has brought peace into my mind and heart. I’d love to help you incorporate more gratitude into your life and the life of your family and co-workers. As with everything, we all have to start somewhere. How about we start with a 21 day focus on gratitude and thanksgiving?
The 21 Day ThanksGiving Binge starts tomorrow on my business Facebook page! I’ll post daily challenges to cultivate a spirit of gratitude within you. Even if a full schedule prevents you from participating every day, just join us when you can!
Last week on ND Today, I introduced the 21Day event. This Thursday on ND Today, we’ll talk about the kickoff. And, join us every day at Life 97.9 (between 6 and 9 am) for Uplifting Mornings with Tim & Teresa as we share the daily focus. (Listen online at life979.com)
We have an optional Journey Guide available for $10. ($80 for your team at work!) This guide isn’t required for the binge, but it will enable you to start anytime, go at your own pace with the daily challenges plus it includes space to journal! (Click on the #21DayThanksGivingBinge tab to purchase)
EnJOY the journey. Be grateful, be thankful, be blessed.
I will give thanks to you, Lord, with all my heart; I will tell of all your wonderful deeds.
Gratitude can transform common days into thanksgiving, turn routine jobs into joy, and change ordinary opportunities into blessings.
