A great way to employ the power of accountability is through team coaching sessions for your organization. These monthly sessions can be done face-to-face and/or virtually if you have teams in outlying locations. Content is jointly planned in advance and could include a book study as part of the process. The structure of these sessions is key. Your team will love this and look forward to this every month!
All world-class athletes have a coach. Not because the coach is smarter or knows more about their sport, but because the coach encourages, challenges, helps them envision possibilities and holds them accountable. A good coach doesn’t need to be an expert in your industry; a good coach is a coach who helps you be the best you can be.Hiring a coach doesn’t mean you have serious problems (but if you do, Teresa will help you through them). Hiring a coach means you are aware that if you make certain improvements in your mindset, behaviors or beliefs, your chances of increased happiness, peace and success will increase dramatically.Teresa challenges your mindset, offers you a sounding board, a listening ear, accountability and gives you that extra push and encouragement.
How often do we meet?
Some clients prefer to meet twice a month, others prefer to meet monthly; it is up to you. Each meeting is about an hour, and, even though you may have thought you had outgrown homework, you will likely be asked to complete some homework. That will provide structure for the coaching session.
Where do we meet?
We can meet at a coffee shop, restaurant or your place of business.
