Think of the challenges you’ve had in your life. What have you overcome? How can you find gratitude amid those challenges you have overcome? I’ve had the privilege of meeting incredible people who have overcome many challenges, including devastating loss, abuse, addiction, anxiety and more. One of these overcomers said she is grateful for her experiences because those challenges equipped her to help others facing similar battles. Consider how you might help others dealing with challenges similar to those you’ve faced.
Journal the journey: What difficulties have you experienced? What have you learned through those experiences? It might be a big ask, but can you find a way to be grateful for those challenges?
