Numerous studies tout the benefits of gratitude on our psychological well-being, our relationships, our health and more.  Robert Emmons, PhD, a leading researcher in this field, claims that gratitude works — at work — at home — in every aspect of life. Yet, all indications show we are an ungrateful bunch. (Ouch, right?) We aren’t grateful for the modern conveniences we have, we’re spoiled, we’re entitled and businesses are even resorting to ‘manners training’ to remind us to say please and thank you. Really!!

With all this in mind, I’d like to invite you on a gratitude journey! You can start this journey TODAY!
