Have you ever buried your dreams? I have. In fact, I buried one of my dreams for 17 years … under layers of limiting beliefs. It was 1992 and I was attending a business conference for the first time. The speaker was engaging and captivating, and I recall thinking,
“I would love to do what she does!”
Then I had another thought,
“But I could never do that.”
So I dismissed that dream; I buried it for 17 years. When I rediscovered that dream, I didn’t necessarily know how to go about pursuing it, yet I decided to keep taking steps in that direction. Now I’m blessed to be pursuing my passions and speaking to audiences across the nation.
